Hooray! I'm on the way down again. Scale has reached 227.2, so I'm almost back to my lowest.
I've cut out one of the BP meds, the amlodipine. Doc said that if my BP stayed low, I could try cutting it out, so I didn't take it today. We will see. This is a fine balancing act.
Still listening to "What Would Google Do?" ... love the chapters on individual industries. What would Google Power and Light look like? Fascinating stuff.
