This is the progress on M's denim quilt. She wanted to see what the background fabric and the quilt looked like so far. The quilting will be diagonal stitches. You can see the beginnings in the photos. The quilting will ultimately be a cross-hatch with variegated blue/green/yellow thread. Can't see too much detail in these photos, but it looks great.
Don't think I will have enough backing fabric to do the binding, so I am looking for some solid purple or green do finish with.
Going to text the pics to her mom to show her.
